LARRY BAKER, a homeless street person whose death from exposure in Victoria during the cold Winter of ’91 -’92 prompted a call for action. Larry’s gentle spirit of respect guided us through our first gathering in the Fernwood Community Gardens from which grew: The Human Exchange Society
